David graduated with an Honours Degree in Music from Memorial University in 2025. 

As a pianist, Eguiguren performed in groups and as a solo pianist in several of the city’s most important venues, such as the D.F. Cook Recital Hall, The Arts and Culture Centre mainstage, The Rooms, and The Government House, among many others. As a composer, Eguiguren’s works have been premiered by Duo Concertante and performed at the Tuckamore Music Festival by other artists.

Eguiguren has also established a prolific videography business in St. John’s, Eguiphotos. He has had the opportunity to record and produce music videos for major names in the local music scene, including Ana & Eric, Duo Concertante, Chroma Duo, Andrew Staniland, and others.

In the fields of photography and graphic design, David has served as both assistant and lead for events such as the Tuckamore Music Festival, Harbour Voices Music Festival, Folk Fest, Kittiwake Dance Theatre, Memorial University, Lawnya Vawnya, the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra (NSO), and many others.
